Content Marketing, Marketing + Social Strategy, Brand Strategy

Cascade Water Alliance, dedicated to providing clean, safe, and reliable drinking water, serves the growing population of King County, Washington.

Their mission is to ensure sustainable and cost-effective water management by fostering partnerships, promoting conservation, and strategically overseeing water supply infrastructure.

Expanding Reach and Promoting Water Conservation

Cascade Water Alliance aimed to increase their reach and promote their message of their water conservation program, We Need Water, through a more strategic marketing approach. Brilliant Marketing began working on the project by providing a comprehensive review and analysis of Cascade's needs and goals and then crafting a tailored plan to boost social media presence and engagement. This plan included the launch of the 'We Need Water' podcast, which served as a direct communication channel with the community, sharing vital information on water stewardship.

Effective Marketing Strategy and Social Media Management

Brilliant Marketing's efforts extended to managing and creating content for Cascade's social media platforms including paid ads. High-quality, engaging content was consistently shared on Instagram and Facebook, significantly increasing Cascade's online presence and follower engagement. In addition to social media management, Brilliant Marketing collaborated with Cascade on their sponsorship of the Northwest Flower and Garden Festival, providing an excellent platform to promote water conservation to a broader audience. The cohesive marketing strategy, developed in collaboration with Cascade's partners, ensured the 'We Need Water' campaign's message was amplified across multiple channels.

"Cascade would not have the numbers of followers and engagements if not for the efforts of Brilliant Marketing. Brilliant’s thoughtful, strategic approach has led to greater success than Cascade would have achieved on its own." – Mike Brent, Water Resources Manager, Cascade Water Alliance
